Hi my name is Dan Heinrich and I am a custom home builder I’ve been building homes for about 35 years now over 250 completed projects.

My clients come to me with their lot already purchased and we sit down and discuss what their needs and wants are . There are so many variables in building a custom home on a lot from how far the Home sets from the road entrance to what type of septic systems to how deep the well , Every home that I’ve ever built has its own unique characteristics and that comes from you and what you want in your home I try very hard at making this your home from start to finish As you can see I have a very open and honest approach to pricing your home I have a labor and general contracting price to build your home and everything else is at cost and what I mean by that is all trades and all building materials no builder mark ups with me .
